George W. Bush is what they call in Texas a “post-turtle.”

If you look off the side of the road while driving down one of the Lone Star state’s fine highways, you just might see a turtle awkwardly perched on top of a fencepost.

The turtle has no idea how he got up there, and furthermore, has no clue what to do now that he’s there.

Frankly, all one wants to do is help him down…
