This one is probably not old enough to be called vintage, early 90's I think. I am having a whole lot of trouble finding info on it though. I do know that it is an aluminum frame, and I think it may have 105 components. Outside of that I know very little, the picture is crummy and I have not seen it in person. I assume it has usual wear and needs work, aside from that, is this the quality of bike that it seems to be and what would be a fair price range (to buy, I don't own it.)
Thanks,
Matt

That bike is a 1991. My LBS had a blue 1990 on consignment this past summer. I looked at it as a possibility for my son. I took a short spin on it and thought it to be a stiff riding but decent bike. The owner was asking $350. At this time I wouldn't have paid that much for a bike for my kid, but it was in mint shape with very few miles on it. It needed nothing but a rider.
