damn. that guy was efficient. I don't know if I would have the guts to hit more than 5 or 10 cars a night. 1,700 tires in 10 days (did I read that correctly?) has to be some kind or record.

Not only was he violent, he was also one of the dorkiest guys I've ever seen. Get a look at that mug?
Violent? Poking a hole in a tire with a screwdriver is violent? Destructive, maybe, but certainly not violent. If he were violent he would have stabbed the driver of the car with a screwdriver.

Come on, dude. That was violent. Destruction of property is an act of violence. You can agree with me or you can try to disagree with the cops when they take you in for an act of such violence, if you should ever commit one.

yeah the mugshot was kinda dorky, the interesting thing was that I didn't realise driver's could be fined up to £2500 for splashing cyclists and pedestrians. That's some serious revenge though, not to take it out on the person who splashed you, but instead take it out in general on the first 2000 cars that come your way.
Is it just me or does 114 pounds per tire seem a little steep? Good incentive to ride a bike... (250 000 pounds/4 tires per car * 548 cars, lorries and etcetera).

Well every year some bicyclist or pedestrian gets killed, some drunk drivers kill, and that stuff is so dull and everyday dreary that it doesnt even make a splash in the papers. If we do read about it there is nothing out of the ordinary about it. But THIS is out of the ordinary-- maybe that was his point in whatever dark corner of his mind.

I think I would have run out of steam/hate/anger after 100 or so tires, LOL. This guy had something else going on in his head methinks.

depends, truck tyres can be very expensive, certainly as far as car ones go, the dirt cheap tyres would be £20, but then if you want a good one you could easily spend £80 if not more. Guess it's the same with bikes, you can get a $5 one but most people opt for something nicer.
