Here's an index of FGG by make/model. There's already a search function on FGG, but this page lets you browse the list of "marques" and shows how many pages exist for each.

the problem with velospace is when your bike is named "bike.jpg" or something else common that is already used. you get somebody else's pic that was named the same name.

anything published on the web can't have any spaces in it's file name. That's not just a Velospace thing, it's an internet wide thing.

...and a filesystem/file management problem. I use CLI often with my linux desktop and spaces in file names make productivity difficult.
