Winter Cycling - Looking For a Bicycling Related Website Creative/Content/Copy Writer

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I have a website selling one winter cycling related product. I am looking for a content/copy/creative writer to write a couple more pages for it to add more depth and a personal touch to it.

The copy doesn't have to pimp the product per say, but obviously it has to be related somehow to bicycling in the winter. Maybe a funny story, a real-life experience, a benefit of the product, etc... something creative. If I was creative I'd write it. But I'm not.

Not looking for a book, just 3-5 average sized pages with different content.

Please PM me if you're interested. I'll need some previous examples of your creative writing (class essay, christmas card, love letter, hate mail, thesis, etc.) and also your rates for the job.

I can't pay much, believe me I make barely enough to buy a 6-pack a week off it. But hey I figure maybe a college kid can make a few bucks for writing, or someone needs some gas money. Wait we're cyclists... no gas. Scratch that last part.

All work is to be kept strictly confidential (I'm no shill). I do not want any website names or product info posted on this website.

Gonna be hard to entice somebody without more specifics.

I'm a writer and I have to observe that you write pretty well. You have a very straightforward and personable style. Whatever you need, I think you could probably do a good job yourself.

Gonna be hard to entice somebody without more specifics.

I am an avid cyclist and don't want to be labeled a shill here. I don't want to drop any names/descriptions on the open forum.

I have a new website and I sell one winter cycling related product. The website is only about 5-6 pages in total... describing the product, comparing the product to other brands, and the standard purchase/contact/about us pages.

The site lacks personality. Winter cycling is a niche type of activity and there are a lot of crazy stories out there, or even stories about your normal bike-commute in the snow.

So I'm just looking for a couple creative writers to add content to it because I'm not a great writer.
