On the gel package it states to use with water. My question is if they can be taken with cytomax instead of plain water? I love the cytomax and was thinking of adding a gel on occasion. Anyone with experience using the gel packets?

If you are using the cytomax as your only liquid source, you probably don't need the gel anyway. If you have 2 bottle cages, load one with water and the other with cytomax. I use water and an occasional gel as my stomach doesn't like most of the carb fluids (gatorade, cytomax, etc). Wash the gel down with WATER to further dilute the gel so you absorb it quickly. Otherwise it can cause stomach upset.
