Hi,
well we are having some seasonal changes again and it looks like it will be friday till the weather is back to some type of normal.
I went to the gymn did 30 mins on the spin cycle road at 98-106 and could taste the co2 on my breath, I guess its good,, sweating pretty good, and did a nautilus circuit, went home and I feel like I missed something today( my bike ride) and tomorrow is expected to be more of the same...:twitchy:
I hate the Gymn I could skip a day but we may have 20 -30 MPH winds on thurs, geezeeeee maybe I'll cross train and do that eliptical trainer for 30 mins, and the rowing for another 30..
Its not the same as ridding on the open road.:notamused:

How's the scenery in the gym this time of year? Cross training does have it's advantages now and then.;)

I just had 3 weeks vacation time I had to burn off. It rained most of those 3 weeks. Now that I am back at work, the skies are clear.

Bet this thread is annoying to the guys riding in the snow and cold.

Don't feel you are alone. We are having a Texas Frog Stranler rain here in W PA right now.

Normally I'd be on your side and wish AGAINST the rain. However we've had a very unCoastal snow frenzy the past two weeks and it's finally warmed up and is raining cats and dogs out. And I'm cheering it on since warm'ish rain is the VERY BEST snow remover or at least the best slushifier that'll let me get back on two wheels.

So if you guys are sick of your rain I'll happily take it here. Just send it postage paid to the Pacific NorthWET region and I'll thank you all.....

Normally I'd object to the CO2 emissions. We should all strive to reduce our carbon emissions to zero. However, it has been very cold out these days, so I guess its OK.
