For those looking for an Excel-based cycling log, I have updated my ProLog Cycling to the 2009 year. It is very comprehensive and easy to use. It is available in a free version all year long (or a more advanced Premium Edition). You can download the spreadsheet at http://www.ProLogCycling.com .
The spreadsheet was first released last year and had over 1500 users and has had hundreds of enhancements and changes to it since (thanks to the countless amount of feedback). Please try it out and let me know what you think. All constructive feedback is welcomed. I started an online guide/manual to help users through it too http://ProLogCycling.wikispaces.com.
