After working 12-hour shifts virtually every Saturday and Sunday since 1990, plus multiple shorter weekdays in recent years, I started a new Monday-Friday 8-5 job for the same hospital system yesterday. More opportunities to bicycle commute to work! Opportunities to join club rides on the weekend! Daylight savings time to extend summer weekday evening riding opportunities! It's all good, except maybe the part about the M-F grind. Hopefully, soon I'll stop cringing when someone says "Have a nice weekend!":D
