So my mom bought me my first track bike and it came with this 650 pursuit wheel. I'm not a 650 kinda guy, but I know a nice hub when I see it.

It has no markings. Does anyone recognize it? It also has an unusual quick release type skewer that bolts on. It's also Ti.
