no he doesnt. that's actually about the perfect amount of slack on the street. if you're running it any tighter you're wasting energy.

EDIT: With brakes that is.

Cyclists who hate bikesnob are like metalheads who hate "Spinal Tap": you have to assume they just don't get it.

I didn't actually know what the hell those were until about 2 weeks ago when I got to see them up close on someone else's bike. Before that I just thought they were little strap-on snot-wads.

This thread makes it easy to see who takes themselves too seriously.

Are you seriously asking that?

Absolutely. Because I'm Godless I've decided not to worhship any humans also. I don't get it whatever it is and I like it that way.

Uhhh.... It's pretty basic reasoning to figure out why people would read a humor based entertainment source.

Do you also ask why people read the news or why people check the weather report? Not believing in god (totally related to the subject by the way) doesn't imply not believing in common sense.

As a rather militant atheist I really don't understand your reasoning at all.

I can believe in a God/Gods and not worship It/Them as easily as I can worship a powerful earthly figure and maintain my atheism. Neither countains any inherent logical inconsistensies.

Funny stuff.

For a while Perscattante had been marketing the Empire City (NY), the Emerald City (Seattle), The Lonestar (Texas), the Liberty... and the Windy City.

Oddly, the bikes seem to come and go from their site, indiviually -- per inventory or whatever.

BikeSnob is pretty self-deprecating, so calling him arrogant is a bit ill informed.
