Just remeber - baby steps. It will come.

There are hills I ride now, seated in my middle ring that I had trouble pushing my bike up 10 years ago. If you keep at it you'll learn what gives you traction and what does not, your fitness will increase, and you'll hope somone is around to see you clean a mad steep cilmb.

I go up and down. There are those strong seasons where hills don't exist...then I hit those other seasons where I don't get out to the trails as often and I feel like I work "every time".

I always have a good time though.

"." means end of sentence. "," means pause in the middle of a sentence.

I walked hills when I first started riding. I stopped to catch my breath when I first started riding.

Keep at it. You'll get better. I ride a lot of road and mountain miles. Riding trails is much more difficult.

If I feel like walking up a hill I just walk,I don't really care who sees me.
