all week i have been obsessively watching and analyzing that video clip of june (at oldskooltrack) nonchalantly riding around in traffic doing backwards figure eights and trackstands. so far i can go forwards, trackstand, backwards a few yards, into another trackstand, forwards again-- i mean i can do that rarely and afterwards i feel awesome :rolleyes: . anything more than a few yards backwards, though, and i panic. i guess i shouldve spent more of my youth on a bmx! im trying to pay attention in the video to how he shifts his weight. that seems to be the key. any tips?
