Got a new pair of wheels a couple of days ago and finally got some time to put on rim tape, tires, cassette, and take them for a spin. These are race-only wheels, so I was taking them back off and putting them back in the box and noticed the rear quick-release was now bent. Not bad, but a little, about 1.5" back from the end with the screw-on. And I'm fairly certain it was straight before using it. I don't remember having any particular trouble getting the rear wheel on... anybody know what might have caused this?

My only guess is that something was caught under one side of the screw-on, so it was pulled over when it was tightened. However if that happened I would expect the bend to be right under the screw-on.
