Great Lakes - a good day for...

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Sounds like you're a shoveling pro! There is an art to it, ya know!
We got out the MTB's and went urban on them got in about 1 1/2 hours in today and will most likely do it again in the morning.
Mom, yes this is our version of GOBA and TOSRV training.

i am seriously in arrears on my GOBA and TOSRV training.....these little spins on the trainer just aren't going to cut it. I better motivate (tomorrow or the next day)

wha? you think I'm going to procrastinate? :roflmao2:
My main riding partner is the captian of the quad from orrville. We have come to the conclusion that if we suffer in larges amounts in the winter and spring when he finally gets the famaliy on a long bike it wont hurt near as bad. I can't imagine how bad it hurts to do 65 miles into a head wind on that thing.

Sheesh, Mom, you sound like me! I'm working real hard to build the motivation to do 45 minutes in zone 2 3 times a week. It's brutal, lemme tell ya ...
