I just bent the crap out of my sun ringle signle tracks and i need help on what to buy next. I willing to spend around 300 bucks for something that will last me a long time. I do alot of downhilling an dirt jumping so i need something strong (im not very concered with weight). I was thinking along the lines of the sun ringle MTXs or the Equalizers. Not really sure though......I need sugestions!!

They are just as strong though as the 729's with a smaller profile.

As in recommending a XC wheelset for someone who dirtjumps and does DH, not a good recommendation.

The design of a disc specific rim is not constrained by the limitations of a rim brake compatibility. The 721's are the same as the old 321, rim brake model, right? If they're really as strong as 729's, why would mavic even go to the length of designing and releasing the 729?

The Ex721 used to be the d521, the EX729 used to be the d321. Hence why have the EX729 when there is the EX823? Options and people tend to prefer certain rim profiles when compared to others. I'm generally found of a narrower prfoile rim on the back and a wider profile rim on the front.
