I've had the Speed P8 for about 2.5 months, and here are the upgrades (and some ducks I passed along my ride today, butts-up feeding!)
Before pic, only the bottle cage added.
After pics: Brooks B17; Suntour folding pedals swapped out for MKS EZY removable; Peak Performance Bar end (which I tested out today and loved!) I chopped down the Biologic Grip a tad and it worked out great. Still comfortable and room for the bar end.
These ducks were feeding in the canal, and I caught them ass up, feeding.
