I'm not sure how many people care about the Premier League, but I'm just absolutely beaming after the result earlier today. United's taken points from Chelsea and have overcome one of their tougher opponents, now the mission to bin Liverpool's title dreams are alive and well...

Damn it! Remind me to avoid reading BF while eating dinner. My salad is significantly less appealing after that lovely picture.

Oy!

Watch it, lad!

Remember that I am a Lanky Lass, born in Swinton, my father was born within shouting distance of Old Trafford, AND I have the power to ban those who don't appreciate the Red Devils.

Lanky Lass, and proud of it.

Sorry, Leeds United just don't inspire the same fanatical response as the Red Devils.

However, I will refrain from banning you just this once.

Have your lot made it back from the realm of obscurity yet? We do miss you being our feeder club. How are things at Bell*nd Road?

Have your lot made it back from the realm of obscurity yet? Hmm...nope, though we do miss you being our feeder club.

Oh snap! Actually, the last time I followed them was '95. I just remember the Leeds fans hating on the ManU fans. :D

What the hell happened to Leeds?! They went from being Champions League Contenders (made it to the semisi think?) 6 or 7 years ago, and now they are in the 2nd division? I used to enjoy watching Leeds play.

They were sent to where they belong...

:p

I remember when O'Leary was in charge and actually seemed like a decent manager, but they got too ahead of themselves and borrowed money based on doing well in Europe which didn't happen. They had to offload players and things went down from there.

Chelsea are the least of Liverpool's concerns, we have two games at hand which if we win we'll be top but looking up at Liverpool and watching that band of mediocrity falter toward the end will be fun. I loved Benitez's Keegan-esque rant, here's to more of the spanish waiter's ridiculous rants.

O'Leary was only good for one thing: Penos in the 1990 world cup against Romania.

Doubt it but if Benitez wants to help create a seige mentality among the players to get them going even more then maybe he really wants us to win it.

Well, they used to be in the Premiership...

During one visit to England, we worked with some guys from the town of Leicester. I traded a Rochester (NY) Rhinos jersey for one of theirs. They said that it would probably be the only one in North America (and I think they were right.. lol).

Leicester should just stick to Rugby.

A good result. ManU looked tight, pressed Chelsea and generally dominated, IMHO, in both ends.

Next: Inter in the CL.

What say you ManU fans?

I still believe Inter have the talent/experience to win CL this time. Tho, how many times has Inter failed here? Eh, should be great footy.

Where's jorge gone now that United's lead has evaporated?

That 4-1 pounding the Reds put on them mid-month was sweet! Jorge, where are you?
