If you look at the letters below, the U & L in Williams are close, as is the K in Luke, but they don't have the serifs that the sign has. For the record, the font below is Roxy Medium.

I'm thinking they're custom to the site you got the signs from. Or they've been tweaked in whatever graphic program was used to create the sign.
