I saw that as well. I dont think it is as the only Campy on it are the cranks, seatpost and maybe the pedals and I'm even doubting the pedals and cranks. The handle bars and stem and brake levers are worthless and I'm somewhat suspicous of the picture selection.
Shot me an e-mail and I'll forward you the pics.
I'll post them up later when I get home.

Here is another "Golden" Colnago for sale but it's in Europe.

And isn't the downtube supposed to have a Colnago sticker on it? The gold looks pitted too, although its hard to tell from the pics.

I'm not sure about the decal but all of the Colnago pics I've seen have them.
I did a little checking on ebay and the Galli components aren't worth anything. For something like that I'd pay what the framesets worth plus another $75-100 for the components. If the cranksets a Campy I'd bump it up by another $50.
I have no clue as to what the framesets worth.

Crankset appears to be identical to the Colnago pantographed crankset that was on that Exxon Graftek a couple of months ago. I'd say it's likely Campagnolo...and probably the only bit of Campagnolo on it.
Agree with MiamiJim - price of frameset + $150 or so for components, if that. I'd put the frameset at $500 myself - it really doesn't appear to be in astoundingly good condition, and if Ray Dobbins' '76 Mexico Oro is of any indication, the gold plating is minimally astounding - quality-wise - in the first place:
