Hey guys and gals,

I have started a new forum based for the Chicago area racers. As in, most of the people that race out of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and parts of Iowa. I can use all the people I can get to get the forum off its feet! So please go ahead and register and post away :)

I am hoping it can start some interaction between the racers and especially help us get through these winter months.

no offense, but you need to offer something that this forum doesn't if you want everyone to move over there. what that is, i don't know.

Well Chicago Bicycle Racing is a huge draw for a ton of Chicago riders/racers that don't seem to make it over here very often so a local forum with a racing emphasis would be great.

I believe that some of the teams have their own little message boards (private). Do they want to speak to the enemy ?

A lot of them do, but the ones I have seen suck....because it's all inner team stuff....which is usually discussed on the road anyway. I like the enemy. I like anyone on a bike and I like anyone with the balls to races.....that said I do like to be competitive with a few teams.

....well I am not competitive, but that's my way of saying there are a few teams that, by their presence, will make me ride harder. I guess you could say they get the competitive juices flowing.

Its nice to get out of the group of people you communicate with 100% of the time. I figured it can help the newcomers as well who have questions about getting into racing.

he is under the radar ultra competitive. he is the the BFNICs number one sandbagger. from the look of things he may just be the BFNICs top rider for 2009. later.

Uh, why do you video yourself on the rollers? There's a pretty easy test to determine whether or not you're riding them correctly. Are you bleeding when you're done? If not, you're fine.
