Does anyone know of a phone number or email address for customer service at shimano USA? There is no email address on the website and the only phone number I could find was to the corporate offices. Any help?

It looks like they don't sell to regular consumers and therefore don't have a regular customer service number. I haven't been able to find one.

They do have a customer service number. I called a LBS, got the number and called a guy about my Flight Deck. One guy I talked to was very helpful, another guy was lame as hell and wouldn't give me info about compatability of Polar HRM and FD. Like it was a Shimano trade secret.
Anyway, I'll try and find that number at work today...I think it was in San Diego.
