Pretty good. The stitches are gone, I can take normal baths and all. Still some numbness @ the toes and some burning sensation on top of right foot but these symptoms are going away slowly. No Sciatica pain at all. :thumb:

my 7 yr old had me up at 2:30, never went back to sleep. And we were out of coffee. Didn't think to check BF, blasted the Stooges (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhIUHNp2MHU&feature=related)instead and read nytimes.com went out at 6 for coffee beans but the local shop wasn't open til 6:30, so hit starbucks instead. They were friendly anyway.
