I'm looking for a set of hard armored gloves for winter/cooler weather. I currently own a set of Specialized Fortress gloves, but they're XL's(biggest size) and I can't get glove liners under them. Plus I'd really rather not have that much bulk. Any suggestions? Tried some Googling, but mostly just found motorcycle gloves which are too heavy. TIA.
Just get a bigger liner type glove to go over your current gloves.

That was a $25 click for me. I can't resist a bargain, thanks for the heads up.

661 also makes gloves with that new d3o stuff in em, that looks really cool to me, but they are really expensive (cause of the d3o)
for those who don't know d3o is like silly putty that gets hard when u smack it, so its great for protection cause you can still move, If i recall correctly the gore/d3o motorcycle gear passed the euro tests used for hard armour, so thats cool
