That pretty much sums up today’s ride. Right around freezing in N.E. Ohio, Wayne County roads in horrible condition but the wind chill was not in the single digits so it was outside we went. Got in about 1 1/2 hours before gears started to freeze up.

Only have had to ride rollers once so far this year. More storms due in today so who knows what tomorrow will bring.

The Medina Club Ride (RAM) on Labor Day went out that way thru West Salem. Being in a pace line was ugly.

West Salem is not near far enough down into the county. You need to experence some of the Road leading into and out of Fredricksburg, or Trail and Charm in Holmes couny or maybe MT Hope. There is something to be said for a 16% on a gravel road.

Thats it I may have to ride down to MT hope on Weds or maybe Maysville.

Incorrect. 22 mile round trip commute is currently half way complete in Madison.
