So I unexpectedly got my parts today.(woot) I pull things out, more woot. And then I see part of the frame and I'm like :wtf: are you kidding me? Wrong color. Thankfully it isn't an all that bad color and it somewhat fits my bike but kinda messed up the color scheme in a way. I'd return/swap it but they don't have any more in the color/size I want. At least I get $25 back. Second time I got something in the wrong color, not to mention I never got a tracking number. I'm starting to think twice about the company, they didn't even call to say is white okay.

you should always be angry. All the time. It seems to work well for me....

I'm angry a lot of the times. I use Danscomp, mainly because it is the best bmx online store I've found.

Have I ever mentioned  but of course that makes me  :p

I dig Danscomp, but that sucks about the color.

I want to ride my bike!! However, I still have to finish putting it together. And that requires me going to a hardware store but they are closed. 4.6lbs of goodness.

wow. unless you ordered light grey or something I am assuming white is way different than what you ordered. :notamused: You should let them know you;re not happy with their customer service, esp. if you've ordered with them in past. They might appreciate constructive criticism.

Having said that, white frame makes for a nice bike. If you like it, why not go with the flow.

Remind me again, what did you end up getting?

White goes with blue alot better than what grey does.

To make it easier colors are here: http://www.danscomp.com/211047.php?cat=FRAMESFSD
I have no problem with white except I had a white bike at one point, got dirty real fast.

Edit: Well right now my bike is a mess of colors but I tried.

I think the frame looks better in the white.

Dang, that thing looks long. Nice frame, though.

It actually isn't that long, shorter then the previous frame.

Meh, probably true but I had an obession with that for a bike color along with the raw look.

White means death in some Asian cultures.....Your parents might trip out on that thinking you might get hurt on it.

From Wikipedia:

In Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese tradition, white is the color of mourning and death, as per Confucian custom.

Which is why I now have a white truck...

To be honest, raw is overdone and really only looks right on a Ti frame.

They already think I will to begin with. My mom is Americanized so no worries.

It really is overdone. I don't really like the raw raw look just the color of the metal. Call me crazy.
