I'm new here but I need to hear some opinions....
I'm looking at the 2008 Scott cyclocross comp....has anybody got some experience with this bike? I'm new to cyclocross and will also use it with a different wheelset to ride on the road. Suggestions of comparable setups are welcome
Thanks!

I almost pulled the trigger on one 4 or 5 months ago for a racer/commuter. Componentry is about what you'd expect for a bike of that price. Great frame for what it is. What eventually turned me off of it was the fact that beefy gusseted AL frame is really too rigid for my 30 mile commute. Some people may be able to handle it, but I'm a wimp who really likes a comfortable ride on my way to work. I ended up just buying a new commuter and sticking with my old racer, and it's actually nice to know that I won't be riding the fixed gear or the bus if I **** anything up in a race.
