What a flookin' tease you are. :) I'm like thinking: "cool, I've not familiar with this bike. I'd love to check it out...." Pop on the link only to find: COMING SOON!
tap tap tap - how about a manufacturer link? What's the frame material and the geometry? Why this combination? What else did you look at? What will the rest of the set up be - wheels, bars etc? - tap tap tap.

The reason I chose Eisentraut is based on the recommendations of a friend (ex Olympics champ, and Pro racer), the bike is going to be made of steel, with a combo of different types of tubes (lugged construction). The builder's style is to measure you, ride with you a bit, measure your current bike, asks you about your riding habits and then do what he thinks is right for you, and he guaranty that you'll like the bike.
the rest of the build kit right now is set to be Campy Centaur, no decision on Wheels (Centaur hubs), bar, seatpost, etc. we will make those decisions closer to assembly time. My approach is to err on the side of strength/durability rather then weight. the seat is going to be Sella Italia (yellow) and the bar tape is going to be matching Yellow corck... :)
I have looked at many other (local and not) builders, and no one could give me the personal attention I got from Eisentraut. Also, I ride for only 4 years, and can not make decisions on geometry, material etc. I needed someone I could trust to do those for me..
I spoke to a few people who ride his bikes, and all say that "the bike disappears underneath you" and it becomes a part of you.. I can tell you, that this is not the case with my current Giant. LOL
I will go visit my bike as it is being built and take pictures.. and yes, Ill post them here..

Oh yes, I selected a "Henry James" fork crown, and a curved (rather then straight) fork.. Also, I will have my initials on the bike, but the builder reserves the right to place them on the frame.. :)

Sorebutt,
Enjoy the anticipation, every second will all be worth it . . . tap, tap, tap. And how fortunate you are to have the company of an ex-Olympic friend assist in your buy, and then receive personal attention from Mr. E As I read your post I was happily reminded of the day my husband took me to get my road bike, which we bought from an athlete who competed in the Tour de France. I too, received personal attention, and was fitted perfectly for my bike. It will be a year this August that I started riding, and I love every second on my bike. I'm looking forward to seeing your pictures.
