My Dad has had this in his garage for the last x years, unknown to me, until today. What the hell is this thing? I can not find any info on it. It is the CRAZIEST thing I have ever seen. You push and pull forward and backwards on the handlbars to make it go. The motion is like a rowing machine. I literally pulled it out and put air in the tires. Everything works perfect. He wants me to sell it but I dont know what IT is. The badge says Windsor which I know has been sold recently and now make touring bikes. The badge also says made in mexico and "patent pending." Do I have so kind of prototype that was never mass produced? Any help would be amazing! Thanks guys. I will take some video of me riding it and upload it later, its really weird....

Ha wow that looks like a lot of fun. I'd keep it :)
Wow that's cool!
Like a kick-scooter but the "kick" is up front!! I think that you should keep & ride! Give your dad $20 for it...

HEHE I like your thought process but I think its worth more, money and kewl factor, if I leave it stock since everything is so nice as is. How could would it be to use a Roholf internally geared hub? Maybe add some panniers and go for a tour! JK This thing is a beast to move. Maybe I need to lube the chain or something but you need to kick the ground just like a regulaur scooter and get it up to speed BEFORE you start the rowing action. It is REALLY hard to get it going with just the rowing from a stop. Also, the rowing seems to be more like something that just helps to maintain your speed, its no guarantee of it! Maybe I am just a ***** cyclist with no upper body stregth! ;) Any idea what this thing is worth? I like the ebay idea, seems like a good place to sell such a special item. However, what the hell would I make the starting bid? LOL

I'd put a general range of $50-125 for the novelty of it - it is an oddball machine with a pretty limited market.

How about a Nexus 8-speed hub? It reminds me of one of those hand propelled railroad cars.
Kurts probably right on the price....$50-125 for the novelty. Heck, if I didnt have pay shipping I'd probably pay that myself.

Looks like some welder's nightmare,,winter project.Probably few sold new and fewer left. In the 1970's Honda sold the "Kick & Go",,,was a self propelled scooter.Had a chain,,lever action drivetrain.
I'd give it a cleaning and keep it.

I would concur that it would have a limited market, but it is unique. What category would you put it under on e-bay? Wonder if there is another on-line forum for 'misfit' toys?

Same place where the push-scooter bikes go.
