I need to find a good quality, very strong, front rack for my Electra Townie. I was looking at the Surly Nice front rack, which looks like something I could use, especially with the 70 pound rating! Not that I'm going to be carying 70 pounds very often, but I use my Townie for traveling to work, running errands, and shopping (for myself and two very hungry boys, 11 and 16!). I'm also planning on camping with my Townie soon ... Going for a trial run for the day this Saturday.
Does anyone else have an Electra Townie? Any experience with installing Surly Nice front racks on the Townie? The bike shop where I bought my Townie doesn't have any front racks that will fit the Townie. In fact, they have very few accesories for my Townie.
