Hello everybody,I recently came across this daccordi crono strada frame, i later inspected the frame and realized it had some slight bukles on it so i was wondering if this is repairable and how much could it cost, even if it means replacing the tubes the top tube is a curved tube, and if it is does anybody know of a frame builder in los angeles or surroundings?

Thank you! pancho

The curved tubes significantly complicate replacement. Probably the easiest thing to try is to have a shop use their tubing blocks to smooth out the bulges and straighten the frame. It won't be as strong because of the work-hardening of the bulge area, but usually such repairs are quite serviceable afterward.
