I've been doing some extra work on the bike and off for a couple of months now, but I had not been losing any weight.vPlenty of people were asking if I had lost weight or telling me that I looked good, but those darn scales were stubbornly sticking to 3 digits (kg). I figure it was all converting into hill-climbing-thigh-goodness!
For the last whole week the digital scales at my sport club have been broken - How do I know? The third digit has stopped working :thumb:. Every time I get on, I'm sub-100kg (220lb):D. I never thought that ninety-something would seem so good to see!
I haven't told the wife yet, but if I can get to 90kg by the end of the year I'm going to buy a new bike with more 'bling'. Better start saving and working harder!
