If you've got reccomendations, etc, post them.
I just dropped a frame off at Santa Maria Powder Coating, was charged approx. $100 for everything, $120 for a Candy blue. They're friendly, and (after the fact) many of the LBS' I talked to about them said very good things, as well as good things about a PC'er in SLO who did professional MTB shocks on consignment or something.
Anyway, just my two cents.
