I have just registered for the 2009 Bike for Multiple Sclerosis: Waves to Wine. It goes from UCSF in San Francisco to Lake Sonoma in Healdsburg, CA over 2 days. The longest route is ≈ 175mi and ≈11,000ft of climbing.
I would love to raise some support for this awesome charity, one of my friends mother's is stricten with dabilitating diesease as was my own grandmother. I figure no matter how much i suffer on this ride it is incomparable to theirs. My suffering at least involves the ability to move freely, something they will never do again.

If anyone else is going to this event, you will see me in United States Coast Guard Kit for this ride as my unit has been awesome in supporting my training for this event.
