Professional Cycling For the Fans - Is there a team "matron" or similar?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Some friends and I go on a group ride every year and use one guy's mom's house as our gathering point, bike assembly station, etc.
I have trip t-shirts made up each year and would like to have one made for my buddy's mom. Is there a cycling term or name that would be appropriate to put on her shirt?
Thanks for any help,

Soigneur - from wiki:
Soigneurs, who are assistants responsible for various things like feeding, clothing, and escorting the riders.

Thanks Zorro,
I didn't get any bites on my question in this forum for a while, so I cross-posted my question over in the "Road Cycling" area and got some responses.
I ended up having "Directeur Sportif" imprinted on her shirt. Soigneur is probably more appropriate, but she is one hell of a cook, and flattery might get me some extra dessert....
Thanks again for your help,
