Hello everyone, I was on here for a little while last spring, Until I got broken :( (I fell down a long flight of stone steps and broke my right leg, right coller bone, and gave myself a concussion :bang: ) So I have been on the mend for a while now, and its time to start to try to get healthy again.
I have a wonderful bike (07 Specialized Rockhopper 29er) but I need some advice on getting some faster tires for it, 95% of my riding is paved and wonderfully smooth so my big stock knobbies are just not cutting it. So any advice for this 450lb clide on a selection of rubber for my ride?

Schwalbe Big Apple, they apear to be available in 29x2.

Continental Town and Country are also a good choice. Recessed tread so you have slicks for road but tread when you sink in on dirt. A lot of police forces use them.

Bummer on the accident and the injuries. It sounds like you are healing up, so the best advice I can give is, "Don't do that, it hurts". I know, master of the obvious, lol.
