What would be your ideal price for a complete Big Dummy? I don't mean the sticker price and building up a frameset from parts. I mean a Big Dummy ready to go.
I'm asking since a complete one is offered for $2,000-$3,000 retail. What is fair to you guys?
Having some small manufacturing experience, that's fair.

Hmmm.... you may be right about what's fair. I snagged a complete BD off eBay for a grand.

I finally got to see it. All it needs is an Xtracycle longtail kit, a new saddle, a handlebar swap and a front rack. There's nothing else to be changed!
They need to cut the Big Dummy price to $2,000.

I think if you look at the parts they use, then $2,450 is a good price for the complete bike. There really isn't much I would change on that bike, even the tires are a good choice.
