According to his posting on Facebook, Tom Stormcrowe took a fall today and landed hard. Concussion, nosebleed, broken tailbone...... my prayers for a swift and complete recovery, Tom.

Tom, Hope you are okay!

Tom -- I am sorry to hear of the fall. My wife is still dealing with pain from a broken tailbone from about 8 years ago. She slipped on the ice this winter and messed it up again. I hope you don't have the same problems. The concussion is the worst part of the injuries reported above, so don't get back to anything too soon. Once the headaches are gone, you should be able to resume exercise. But, if the headache comes back, take a few more days off.

Hope you get better soon.

A total ass kickin'! Smacking the tail bone was one of the most painful things ever to happen to me. Makes my toes curl under just remembering...

Dang Tom! Hope it's not as serious as it sounds, but it sounds painful. I've done all of those except tail bone injury, but I really don't want to think about having that one.

Heal up quick, and let us know how you are doing in a day or so!

I managed to jam my tailbone into the latchpost of my old Plymouth Duster years back really hard being sloppy getting in and couldn't forget about it for over a week. I'm NOT turning this into that Lovitz and Crystal SNL routine and I'll try not to write anything particularly funny for a couple days, K? Could hurt.

Feeling better and worse today. I thought I was sore yesterday, but wow, my butt hurts today andf I apparently jammed a molar when I fell as well, I have a blasted toothache. :p Seeing singkle vision though this morning, and other than hurting bad, and the ringing ears, and all, I'm alive and kicking.

Umm, might want to hold off on that kicking stuff for a day or two until the gyro resets, lol.

For those of you who are worried about the bike--Tom slipped on some ice, but he was not riding at the time. He probably would have come out in better shape if he had been riding because he would have been wearing a helmet!

Get well soon. Mrs. Doohickie broke her tailbone some years back. Out of all the injuries, that may be the one that takes the longest to heal, and it can be very painful. Hopefully it won't keep you from getting back on the bike soon!
