Thought someone here might be interested in this.
Very interesting! The fork looks like the one on the new Jetstream.

Very interesting indeed. Somehow reminds me a BMX.

Haha - brilliant. I dare someone to put kiddy knobbleys on a Brompton and try that... :)

Interesting idea, but no chain, pedals or even a seat? :-/ You just get to the top of a hill (carrying what must weigh a lot more than a standard backpack) and roll down? Hmmm...
[edit: well, I guess it *is* a scooter...]

Am I missing something or does this thing only coast downhill? I like the video but I didn't see the monk ride off across the floor at the end. The sanctuary would need a sloping floor for that I suppose.

I think its more a free downhill racer folder. The idea is you can portage it up the hill, assemble it and blast down. Its a lot of fun doing that on a small bike!

I'm sure that couple in the video did not ride down the same route they climbed up over. If I were into this sort of riding I'd have taken the chairlift.
I just love innovation and design of all sorts! :)
This one's not for me... but I can see it being enjoyed by others in the right places and conditions. Good on them, I say!
