Lost 2lbs this past week, gives me 7lbs total and 28lbs to get to 200lbs. Today is a rest day, have to work tonight and find it hard to sleep after exercise.
Lost 1 lb. weighed in at 220.4.

My goal this week is to stop having bad saturdays for calories. I wind up having to spend a couple extra days getting down to where i was on friday again.
Same set of goals. 5 hours of trainer time, and a ride this weekend. If it's wet, just add another 2 hours of trainer time. Drink water. Eat the right amount.

Get back on more water somehow even if I have to cart it in a pannier from home.
Get into the 240s and stay, hopefully soon progess to the 230s.
Ride 401 miles :D ok ok.. Being realistic ride 200.

I lost my first 7 lbs!
I rode 6 days this week.
5 days on the trainer (1 hour rides with 1.5 hours on Friday)
1 day outside for a little over an hour. I wanted to go more, but it got dark and very cold.
Next week.
Lose a few lbs.

Goals - This week my goal is to stay the same. i am off to Vegas tomorrow with my sister and Mom. We are going to play a ton of Poker - and my plan is to workout every day I am there. Drink a ton of water.

holding steady no weight loss but no gain goals for this week is to drink more water and ride three hours on wensday maybe all day? On the positive side i have noticed a big increase in stamina and a little more pedaling power woo hoo lets keep it up guys small set backs = bigger advancement

Last week 356.4 on the digital scales at Pro Health Fitness Center located on the campus of Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. When I went to weigh in this morning I discovered that the Senior Bowl guys had borrowed them to weigh in the players. I had to weigh in on the digital scales in the diagnostic lab. The readout this morning was 346. I don't think I lost 10.4 pounds in a week, so when the other scales get back I'll weigh again. All and all I had a good week. I increased my biking distance, controlled my intake better, and am feeling great after 3 weeks on the bike. I'm looking for something to do before work in the mornings (I like to ride in the afternoon). My wife suggests that I swim laps before work. I am going to try to get in 4-5 mornings of swimming this week.
Confirmed weight at 346 today. I went for my first swim this morning. So far so good. I'm planning to join a weight watchers group Friday.

244....gained a little back. Injured my knee over the weekend, slowing my training a bit.
goal for the week. Let the knee heal so I can start putting serious mileage in again.

I am in Chicago a few days this week - then off to play Poker in vegas! Then back in Chicago then home next week where i will ride on my new mavic wheels...as I ran over my own front tire right out front of the bike shop on Monday!! (Shhhh don't tell anyone!)

Well, I'm still in the hotel which means no scale to check on my progress + / -. But hey, I'm still here to root you folks on. Work on the house is progressing along slowly. Hopefully by next week the bathroom will be done, so we can get back to regular routines.

Forgot to weigh to start the week. Ended at 214.6.
Weighed in this week at 218.2 lbs. Lost 2.2 lbs since last week. :)
Rode 65 miles on the indoor trainer.

Hi Guys - I will post the new Thread for this weeks goals. Hang in there guys - Some weeks we gain..it happens - trick is to just stay on the path and not to go oh well might as well keep eating...which I have done in the past. I will hit the scale in the morning. Just got back from Vegas - did weigh yesterday in Vegas - but will use the scale at my Chicago apt as a real weigh in... I bet I am up, too. Oh well. AT least I worked out a ton!

Now I'm gettingready to head East on my three days of traveling down and back to Baltimore and Annapolis. Down to Balt to day and back tomorrow then down to Annapolis on Thursday and Back on Friday - whoo hoo!

Well the back and forth thing didn't happen so I'm spending my B-day away from my family here in annapolis. At least I got 17.75 miles in on the stationary bike at the Sheraton last night. Hopefully I can do the same here tonight.
