Looks like the 7 speed cogs are all 1 assembly .... how does it come off ? and what do I put on for just one sprocket ? Is this the kind of hub that a BMX freewheel will thread onto or is there another alternative ??

its all one piece, you need a special tool to remove it. a bmx freewheel will fit. lbs should be able to remove it for a few dollars
