Does your fixed run 3 gears?
mine has a double 17/19 and 16 on the other side. So running 3 gears all on the same chain length.

S3X will be out soon. It may make it easier for you to change those gears.

I run a Surly Dingle on one side, freewheel on the other. I believe I can squeeze five gears out of this combination but I've tried three. Sugino crank with 48, 44T rings up front.
