So I just figured out you can upload your recent trip information to motionbased or other programs. The problem is I cleared my odometer and tracks yesterday after I put in the miles from the 200k I just did. Is there anyway I can recover that trip information somehow or is it completely gone?

When I use the motionbased applet it only shows my commute today I was testing it on.

Tried searching around a bit but haven't had much luck and was hoping someone might have a lead.

Not from the unit. It's in flash, when it's deleted it's gone. Not like a computer where you can often recover if you know how.

I tried loading the card directly and it didn't help so I figured it was hopless but had to ask before I overwrote it by making even more logs or something .
I was hoping to recover the log from my Sunday ride where some questions came up that I hoped it would answer. Now to see if my wifes HR monitor log would be of any use hmm.
