I am kicking myself for not taking a cellphone pic of this thing's cross-section. It was basically a scotch egg inside a steamed dumpling. A hard-boiled egg inside chopped pork inside the hombao exterior. Wow. And I assume it was 100% good for me because the sausage was not deep-fried.
