Wheel that is.
I thought I saw a post regarding this 700c rear wheel (second one down @$55) built by www.bikesnyc.com

I've recently converted an older Miele road bike to ss and am looking at going fixed. Actually, I've always intended to go fixed but thought that sooner would be better. Thought a flipflop hub would serve me better. I don't have much cash to lay out so this wheel appealed to me. Should I look elsewhere or should this do me fine? Or should I just keep the original 27 incher and slap a track cog and BB lock ring on? And yes, I do have long reach calipers in the rear just in case I decide to keep the rear brake.
Added 04/23: Doesn't anyone have any opinions on this rear wheel? At all? Please? Or the Suzue flipflop hub? Is this the one people seem to be having problems with? I think so right?
