he will only get 3-4 years IF he is convicted. I once sat on a jury where someone was caught drunk driving and one of the jurors refused to find her guilty because he used to drink and drive and could understand her 'mistake'.
This fellow should have been sentenced long ago for driving without a license. THAT should be 3-4 years (if you don't hurt someone). In Washington State, 17% of drivers drive without insurance and it is only a $250 fine if you get caught. Some legislators tried to raise the fine and couldn't find the support to pass the bill.
