From my LBS, the Owner is a 4th Olympic rider and I can but his 1986 Bianchi Pista Frame and Fork for $280. The fram is in very good condition only the decals need some work. Do you think this is a good price, should I buy it and what sort of components can I buy for it.

Instead of breaking into his house and getting eaten alive by the pitbulls he'll have chained to the bike, there's one on ebay that looks very sweet (too small for me or I'd be all over it).
