Since I woke up yesterday my brain has felt all woozy and it kinda hurts to walk up/down stairs, and I feel extra woozy when I shift my head around really fast. I slept for about 8 hours last night, and I'm still feeling pretty rotten.

Do you work today? If yes, then you have a case of workitis.

I was thinking this, too. But don't overdo the water; I went from not drinking enough to drinking too much and I get a whole new weird feeling sometimes now.

I get the same feeling when I don't eat enough meat for a few days.

Read the tome "Where there is no doctor". When you diagnose that you have Bubonic Plague, smile and know that life isn't so bad. Oh yeah, take two aspirin.

Imminent Death

Call the morgue, explain to them. Put on your best suit and lay down on your bed (over top of the covers).

Go to the park, tackle a jogger, a really fit looking one, and eat his/her spleen. It works better if you can do this before the "donor" bleeds out.

:roflmao2: It does kinda feel like a hangover. My head's a lot better but my stomach is really upset and at times nauseous.

Not sure he was fully dead, but I let them toss him on the cart anyway.

And now for a serious reply:

It could be an inner ear problem. This could affect your balance and make you feel woozy and seasick. I'd get it checked out with a doctor.

This is Foo. Serious replies revoke your presidential status. You've lost touch with the people. If you want to re-touch....I'm here for ya!

I have not lost touch with the people. I just charge a fee for them to touch me now.

There could be numerous causes but it sounds to me like you are just being overwhelmed by a toxic load. Yes it is a little like low level drunkenness/hangover.

Your elimination pathways are going full tilt but its still not enough.

Do you know of any obvious reasons why you have a toxic load?

Drinking ample water is good. Taking a Milk thistle/Dandelion root supplement to help your liver would be advised. A heavy duty detoxifying agent such as Chlorella MAY be in order although starting on chlorella may make you feel worse at first rather than better as it accelerates detoxification.

Ohh, and making sure you have a good diet is VERY helpful. If you've been eating rubbish for a while that definitely won't help.
