So, now that Rabobank is sponsored by Giant you'd think that Lars Boom and company would be riding Giant's 'cross bike the TCX.

But, they're not.

My best guess is that Lars is still rockin' a Colnago, but rebadged. Note the "Lars" on the headtube.

So, what are they riding?

Seems like a reasonable assumption... I mean you don't ask the world champion to switch bikes mid-season do you?

My best guess is that Lars is still rockin' a Colnago, but rebadged. Well of course.

I've read rumors that he'll be riding a Giant at Worlds, but I don't believe it.

Cross is weird because it straddles years.

I read on CX Magazine forums that Giant is not making a TCX carbon bike for this season. Mainly because they don't want to force the riders to a change in bike that may hurt their performance. So the whole team is rocking repainted colnagos.

You'll definitely see TCX Advanced carbons for the 2009-2010 season
