i am riding a 53cm bianchi pista .i got a shimano 7710 crank arm,but i hv no idea with the size of BB that i should use.
i hope that u guys can help me,i hv done some resarch from the net,they said to use a 68x109.5 but my frame is a ltatian frame,so should i use 70x109.5 with EnglishThread?

Good you got a different crank than that POS that comes with a Pista.
If you have the real deal Dura Ace crank you know you need an octalink BB and the size you mention is correct.
It does not have to be the DA track BB, you can use the correct BB that is sold as a road BB, that's what I have.

and that will suitable for my bike to achieve a 42mm chainline RIGHT?
Depends on your cog but it should be good for the chainline. There are about a million threds about 42mm chain line. You can find those.
